Habucha (aka cassia, senna, or sicklepod tea) is an herbal tea made from sicklepod seeds. It is believed to be beneficial for the eyes, good for digestion (note, many "Smooth Move" teas are Cassia/Senna), and other beneficial health properties. With a slight sweetness and roasted character, fans of houjicha may enjoy habucha.
Steeping instructions: Use 1 tsp for every 8 oz of hot water and steep for 3-4 minutes.
