Many of you have asked, and we’re proud to announce: Blue Raspberry flavor is here! Use our new Blue Raspberry Super-Strength Flavor in all of your sweet and sour confections. You will love its “berry” good, tart flavor in hard candy, gummies, slushies, and more. Its electric taste will bring back childhood memories of hot summer days cooling-off with popsicles in hand and flaunting blue-streaked tongues with friends. 

1 dram = about 1 teaspoon

This flavor is water-soluble but has been shown to be effective when flavoring chocolates and coatings (confectionary coatings).   If too much flavor is used, it may cause thickening.  Add liquified coconut oil, or cocoa butter to help thin/smooth.  This flavor is appropriate for use in chocolate mixtures such as ganache, fudges, fondants, and icings (typical use is ¼ - ½ teaspoon per pound of chocolate or coating).

Our Blue Raspberry Super-Strength is clear and has no added color. 

TIP: Customers often ask if the aroma and taste of our Super Strength Flavorings are accurate when experienced straight from the bottle. The answer is no! These are highly concentrated formulas that are meant to be used in dilution. The concentrated form is typically not a reflection of how the flavor will come through in a finished product. We always encourage starting with a smaller size to make sure a particular flavor is right for you.

 Note: When substituting these
flavors for extracts, use 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon for 1 teaspoon of extract.
